"I’ve never claimed so I don’t know what that process would be like with them but in terms of being easy to deal with and affordable I think they were spot on. Originally they gave me great holiday home insurance that is really hard to find and was so much cheaper than what I had originally from another compare. And now providing me with landlord insurance. They chased me by letter, email and phone which I really appreciated so I didn’t miss it at a time I’m very busy. And there was no queue when calling up to speak to them. Very polite and friendly and could answer all my questions. "

"I cannot fault the service. Why? Simply because I spent the thick end of two to three hours over several phone calls going over all the detail in the policy schedule with James Olley. It was my first time purchasing a Holiday-to-Let policy and I was comparing the offerings from several different brokers. James was endlessly patient, extremely professional and went to great lengths to get all the required information and to make sure that I understood it! This included liaising with the underwriter on a specific issue. At the end of the process, I believe that I have a product that gives me what I need and at a very competitive price. "As a long standing customer I should get the BEST deals available from your insurers/underwriters. They should not be saved purely for new customers or wheeled out when, like I did, I had to go to another broker for a similar quote in order to force you to match it - from the same insurance company! They can clearly provide this cover profitably at the lower price so to charge me 17/18% more is obviously profiteering on the back of client ignorance or laziness."

"A 21% increase at renewal. Refused to reduce but said to go back to them if we got a lower quote, which we did. They were then suddenly able to offer an alternative which was slightly lower than the previous year. Given that we did all their work for them that was karma. They call themselves brokers but they don't offer advice or recommendations, so they're not really brokers. It's just bean counting. As long as you realise that it's fine."
