"I’ve never claimed so I don’t know what that process would be like with them but in terms of being easy to deal with and affordable I think they were spot on. Originally they gave me great holiday home insurance that is really hard to find and was so much cheaper than what I had originally from another compare. And now providing me with landlord insurance. They chased me by letter, email and phone which I really appreciated so I didn’t miss it at a time I’m very busy. And there was no queue when calling up to speak to them. Very polite and friendly and could answer all my questions. "

"I cannot fault the service. Why? Simply because I spent the thick end of two to three hours over several phone calls going over all the detail in the policy schedule with James Olley. It was my first time purchasing a Holiday-to-Let policy and I was comparing the offerings from several different brokers. James was endlessly patient, extremely professional and went to great lengths to get all the required information and to make sure that I understood it! This included liaising with the underwriter on a specific issue. At the end of the process, I believe that I have a product that gives me what I need and at a very competitive price. In addition, it didn't matter who picked up the phone; I felt that everyone wanted to help and to be supportive. So, as I say, I cannot fault the service."
